Chelsea
Incorporating quite a large area from Fulham Road to the north, down to Chelsea Embankment and King's Road inbetween, the Royal Borough of Chelsea has a space in most people's hearts.
The sought-after Boltons and Cadogan Estate offer superb residential accommodation; a collection of large family houses, smaller mews houses and beautiful mansion blocks, all within easy walking distance of luxury brand shopping on Sloane Street and it's little sister, King's Road. Peter Jones, often regarded as the Chelsea Girl's corner shop, sits on Sloane Square.
The recently refurbished Duke of York Square has a very European feel with numerous cafes and restaurants, all with outside dining, even throughout the cooler months, for tired shoppers to do a bit of 'people watching' over their coffee.
Art galleries, theatres, cinemas and exhibitions populate Chelsea, including the infamous Saatchi Gallery. Each year tourists descend upon the area from around the globe to attend the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, held in the grounds of the stunning Royal Hospital Chelsea.
