MANAGED SALE:
Upfront retainer fee: £500
Success fee based on the achieved sold price:
Up to £2million: £5,000
£2 - 5million: £20,000
Over £5million: £40,000
OUR FEES FOR TENANTS AT THE START OF THE TENANCY:
Reference Check per tenant/guarantor/company/occupiers: £60 including VAT
Tenancy renewal/extension/change of tenant: £60 including VAT
Check out report - as per invoice from the contractor, based on the size and furnishings
